Our Archdiocese including Ed Service
St Michael’s Catholic Primary School is part of the Archdiocese of Southwark, a vibrant Roman Catholic community serving South London and Kent. The Archdiocese works to help people grow in faith, live in hope, and shape the world with love through its many parishes, schools, chaplaincies and ministries.
We are supported by the Archdiocese of Southwark Education Service, which is dedicated to helping Catholic schools like ours proclaim the Gospel and provide high‑quality Catholic education. The Education Service supports children, families and staff from diverse backgrounds, ensures that Catholic identity is central to school life, and encourages all pupils to flourish academically, spiritually and morally.
The Education Service also promotes the Catholic life of schools, ensuring that prayer, liturgy, service, and Catholic Social Teaching remain at the heart of daily life. Through this partnership, our school is strengthened in its mission to provide an education rooted in Gospel values, preparing children to contribute positively to their communities and the wider world.
